Please get to know me.
Hello, my name is Moraig, and I would like to share my story with you. In 2021, I lost my beloved husband, best friend, and soul mate, B, to cancer. We had been together since our teenage years and had spent the latter part of our lives travelling the world and working remotely as long-term ex-pats.
Our latest adventure brought us to France, where we had planned to create a digital nomad lifestyle and explore Europe extensively. After just six weeks of housesitting, we stumbled upon a beautiful 350-year-old village house that we both fell in love with. We decided to make it our home base for travelling and creating new memories.
However, our plans were abruptly cut short when B was diagnosed with cancer. The diagnosis came as a shock, and we were devastated. To compound our pain, the entire world was hit by the pandemic, which made everything more difficult for us.
The past two years have been a journey like no other. I have learned how to grieve, pick myself up when I thought I couldn't, and find meaning and purpose in my life again. I am now ready to start a new and prosperous life for myself.
As part of my healing process, I want to help and support other widows, widowers, and surviving partners who may be going through a similar experience.
I aim to provide guidance, hope, and inspiration to anyone who needs it. I believe that we can all find a new path forward and create a fulfilling life, even after the loss of a loved one.

My mission
After the loss of my beloved husband, I embarked on a challenging journey from grieving to thriving. I initially found myself consumed by sorrow and loneliness, unable to imagine a life without my partner. However, with time and with support from my loved ones and many online grief support resources, I gradually began to heal.
I embraced the opportunity to rediscover myself, exploring healing support and self-development opportunities that brought me to a place of acceptance and excitement for the future. Through self-reflection and personal growth, I transformed my grief into strength and resilience.
I found solace and strength in connecting with others who had also experienced loss, sharing my story and offering support to those in similar situations.
Today, I stand tall with pride for overcoming adversity and thriving, even in the face of unimaginable heartache.
My vision
Losing a spouse is a devastatingly challenging experience that can leave widows and widowers feeling lost and overwhelmed.
However, it is essential to remember that life does not have to end with the loss of a loved one. I am dedicated to supporting and inspiring widows, widowers and surviving partners to survive and thrive after their loss.
Through various forms of encouragement and guidance, I aim to provide a sense of hope and strength to those who are navigating through the grief and pain of losing a partner.
Together, we will explore ways to rebuild and rediscover a life filled with joy, purpose, and newfound happiness.
Let us embark on this journey of healing and growth, hand in hand, knowing that there is a bright future ahead.
